If I Already Have It, I Won't Beg for It

If you were in the desert but lived beside an oasis, would you go searching for water in the desert, risking dying of thirst?

Or would you simply drink from the endless water already available in your oasis whenever you needed it?

And what about Love?

Do you live from the infinite Love that already resides within you?

Or do you go outside yourself, begging others to give it to you?

That is why it is so important to treat yourself with Love, Respect, and Kindness.

How many times today have you paused for just a moment to tell yourself:

I love myself. I respect myself. I accept myself exactly as I am.

And I observe what I can improve so I may feel better—but always through Love and understanding toward myself.
